all sales are final. Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

  • Any opened or used products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A solution at our discretion

Order Changes / Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. Once submitted, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
